why i can't see the button reply or new thread on other topic (not this), i've been see the same post in this topic, and one people say click to order in thread ...ect. Some one pls help me

Yes, you need to click the install button to use some of the key features.

You should be able to reply to threads without clicking install. You just have to click the install button to download the attachments.
