Default How do we attract more vB coders?

I wanted to pose this question to our members, How do we attract more vB coders to vBH?

What would you suggest we implement to get coders releasing their hacks at vBH?

I love input from you guys/gals and can't wait to hear what you think.

Thanks,
Rex

personally, i think they will show up. 1 thing i can't really stand about most site's is the fact that they ban and lock post's or delete them if they don't go with the flow. I think if you keep the site with an openmind, it will continue to grow.

hm.. I think this site has been doing fine. Its been attracting the "Right" coders and members. A nice pace is what I think is good for a site like this, you get "core members" and then that small group gets bigger and bigger. The reason I think this is better then one week having 500 members and then a week later having 1,500 members is because the people isn't just a question and leave forum. "Spam forum" basically, I think when people see that their is a SOLID BASE holding up, that they will be eager to join and help out. I'm not a coder BUT, I am a person and I know that being appreciated for the things you do is nice!! Someone saying thank you and I appreciate the time you put into something is something that will attract. lol, hopefully I made sense.

And I joined under the same assumption about SirAdrian. I have been bamboozled!

(Whew! My step-down speech wasn't a waste of time after all. I may still get to use it.)
