I find it weird that the hackauthor needs to press install to be able to download his own file:

You must first be a registered member to view any code.
not that I need to, but still weird ;)

Since it was only a template edit, I fixed it.

Users that release hacks can now download there own attachments. Seems better since you would like to see how many users downloaded...
