That sums it up nicely. Basically we are a group of people who modify our vBulletin installation to make it power an entire site, or to tweak it to our needs. It is completely legal, and even encouraged by Jelsoft (vBulletin developers). So if you are looking to hack other boards, or find a nulled version of vBulletin to download, you are at the wrong website.
