cant reply in ANY thread

keep on gettin an error that says

You must first be a registered member to view any code.

this error applies to every section :smileycry

You have to click the install button in order to reply to threads.

That would suck woudnt it. How would we know the answer if he doesn't reply? lol. He can reply to threads, i logged in with a test user and it works.

Plus i turned off the lockdown post reply hack to work out a few mayjor bugs.
