Think there seems to be a problem with showing the first post on every page, I suspect that you made a ack that hides/removes the first post on a page in order to avoid having twice the hack being posted: once in your nicely created hacktemplate and once as the thread starting post, so far so good.

But it also hides/removes the first post on every next page ...

Yep this was recently changed because I complained ;)
I saw my activity going down even though I visit daily but dont always post 4 posts a day so I was loosing out.

I changed the system of the activity to the following:

Visting = 2 points
1 post = 1 point

total points earned for one day will be 4 now. You have to vist and post twice a day for 4 weeks stright to have 100% activity. When i upgrade to 3.5.0 i will change the images.

I should also note that its much more accurate this way. Now its a little easiser to get the Member title and the Senior Member title.

Ya thats due to the design of the install system. At the moment i can't fix it without editing every table row. But i've design a new system that will work for 3.5.0. I'll just export/import the data to a new table and go from there.

When i first open the bored the system was design only to track installs. This was created by the old admin, Tim. After along time of waiting for him to create a system much like we have now, I decided to do it myself. Now i found a much querieless way to do it. Hope fully 3.5.0 Gold is out soon.
