Lightbulb Better organization

We must say that we love this place better than vb.org, but it would be really nice if the hacks were organised a little better. 3.5 hacks should be separated from 3.6 hacks. Other than that this place rocks

Thanks for the input. Right now we have a couple of projects that are going on behind the scenes, you should start to see some new features pretty soon. A better organizational structure for hacks is a top concern for that project, though no ETA has been set yet for the hack system.

we did talk about this but right now there wasn't much point as almost all hacks for 3.5 will work for 3.6. if you notice over at vb.org all the codersare doing is releasing the same hack twice.
But like LiveWire has said once the new database is ready hopefully things will be much better organised on the hacks front.

OK thanks guys, glad it's on your list of things to do Our concern is mostly for the newbies (someones got to look out for them) as they will not know that a lot of 3.5 hacks are compatible with 3.6, and they will have to weed through all the 3.5 hacks to find the few that are labeled 3.6. To add to their confusion 'most' 3.5 hacks work with 3.6, but not all. This only confuses them more :ermm:

Thanks again.

3.6 is a bit of a rip off in essence... just installing some hacks at the base rather than as a seperate add-on you could do a manual install to 3.6 yourself from just installing mods xD

to me i don't think i'll ever upgrade anymore as the standard board is overbloated now and probably much slower then the more basic versions
