Default what is the rules and user agreement hack
just wondering what this is, i cant seem to find any info on what this hack is actually for.

I tried looking on vb.org but the pages wont load....
so could someone just tell me what its for?

I beleive it makes the user sign and agreement stating that they will abide by the forum rules. Possible uses: Adult forum; Confirm you are over 18.
