What is "Cron Backup"?

I seen the backup script on this board, but it says it does "Cron Backup" which one is that? There are 3 option's when I go into maintenance, is it one of those 3? If so which one? Thanks!

I think you've gotten the idea wrong. What the hack does, is it adds a Cron Job (= scheduled task), which backs up your database.
