Default Vista + IIS7 + PHP FastCGI bug: need your help

Hi guys,

I'm trying to solve a vBulletin cookie problem, that is related to their code, not the server configuration.
I need hacker voluteers who will follow the same setup and see that I'm right.
When I reported this problem at vBulletin.com, they say they cannot reproduce it, wich is not true.

If you are not familiar with the IIS7, PHP FastCGI/MySQL and vBulletin install on your localhost, let me know. It will take you 5 minutes to have everything working on your PC, using my instructions.

Once, you have the setup completed, cretae a file called test.php with the following content:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
You will see that the cookie is created properly.
vBulletin says is not.

So we need to find where is the problem in their code, more example an alternate route how the cpsession cookie is created, in VB.
Let me know your findings.
