Default Vbulletin Install (on remote db) -help needed.

Hi guys, i hope im writing it in the right place, if im not.. then im sorry for it.

Ok, i have server who supports PHP4, and doesnt have Database (or it have but i dont have access to it), anyway, im trying to run on it vbulletin 2.2.9. Now, i have another server with Database, so i opened on it DB, User\pass.. as usuall, i wrote all the details (wrote the server url instead of localhost, as i usuall do) and i cant get it to work, i get the following error:

You must first be a registered member to view any code.
i looked in this place, and i saw this:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
i tried to run file with
<?
phpinfo();
?>

and i get this:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
Any ideas what should i do?! i know i can install normaly on the other server (with the db), but i dont have free space on it, and i have unlimited db.
any suggestions at all, ill be glad to try.

Big thanx to anyone who will help me out here.

STouch!

instead of doing 'localhost' snice it isn't a local host. You can use your IP for it. You would need to ask your host admin what the IP addy is.

You can check the DNS Settings of your server by going to www.checkdomain.com

Here is the thing, i've checked things around, and the database in the server isnt external, its internal cause the server got firewall and router, so its not possible to use the server database through remote server..

Then you need to speak with your Host about it.
