SOLVED!

Well after hours of checking things the solution was a stupid small thing.
It was a server issue.
The php.ini file limit was supposed to be set to 6M (linux) someone changed it to 6MB therefore making the system pull a invalid value.
Changed the setting back to 6M and everything was fine.
Thanks to all that replied........

umm, what? It was 6 megs someone changed it to 6 megs and then you changed it back to 6 megs? Am i missing something? I am asking incase someone gets this problem again so we can fix it faster

Well obviously he was having a problem with running his vB, and he fixed it...which is what he wanted, so i dont know what ur missing in that?
