i upgraded my site from 3.5.4 to 3.6.0 my question is do i have replace the template,plugins and the product with 3.6.0 modification products and plugins..i can still use the the plugin and product and theme that i had with 3.5.4

after upgrade from 3.5.4 most products plugins are still working with 3.6.0.
however it's likely that you'll need to re-update the common templates again.
