updating post times for ~600 posts?

Default updating post times for ~600 posts?

I had a server hicup and all posts in a 3hr window have the wrong time stamp causing all sorts issues where hte post should be.

Will this query fix my problem?

Post #3165506 is the last post made durring the hicup, post #3166142 is the first.
