Thread subscription option

Hi, what do the following two modes mean for thread subscription:

-Subscribe with no notification?
-Instant email notification?


Which one is it that will automatically subscribe users to threads and send them an email whenever someone replies?:alien:

Instant

Subscribe just adds it to the usercp where as instant will instantly send out an email notification of new replies.
