Is there a way to reward a user for creating a new thread? I mean like reputation, or something...? I'm having this problem where my users just view threads and reply but they never created one or atleast its very low.

You could install vBux/vPlaza which will give points per thread/post etc... Just make the points for creating a thread alot more than creating a post .

the problem with that is what do you actually want to reward them with. If you give them a pic in the postbit then they aren't going to be ecstatically happy... see what I mean?

I just want something that will give people a certain amount of reputation for creating a thread in a certain forum. Anything like that around?
