ThanksBot v1.0 sql error :(

plz i try to install this hack "ThanksBot v1.0" and geting this error when trying to open showthread.php=etc.;...

This is error which i get:

I think the prob is here:

somthing.forum couse thats not my sql database name

so where can i edit this to match my forum database

and another can somebody send me a screanshoot of this hack..and admincp image where can i edit seting of this hack couse i cant find it nowhere im my admincp
