Template Help

Ok, I have a few problems, maybe someone here can help me.

1) After modifying some of my templates, my post indicator boxes seem to be out of control [See Attachment]

I have no idea why they are different sizes. Can anyone help?

2) How would I go about moving the location of the nav bar thing? The one that shows your location, and says 'Welcome, Username'

I want to move it to right under my banner, and have it strech 100%, but I have no idea how to do that.

Looks like a f* up in the html/php code, try to restore the old one and do it step by step. Watch everytime the new edited style. So you can see an error quick before you go on. Thats how i do it.
