.MYI is the actual file on the server that contains the data stored in the particular table, in this case adminlog.

Try to run a repaid or optimize via phpmyadmin or whatever you use to administer your mysql DB. Chances are that the table gets repaired.

Actually, the MYI file is just the table index file, running a repair rebuilds it.
