Smilies in QuickReply vB 3.x

Hi there,

I don't know if this is a standard function in vBulletin, but here's my question:

My forum is using the standard quickreply underneath the thread, but is there a way to get the smiley-box in there?

A lot of my members are asking about it, but I don't know how to get in there.

Well i looked cause i thought it was, but it don't seem to be a default.

I believe there is a hack for this over at vbulletin.org.
