Default small input form problem.

i have an interesting problem, that im not sure how to fix or what caused it, since i havent really done anything code wise...
anyway, I have an input form with some extra fields in NEWTHREAD/EDITPOST .

Now as one would think, when the user makes a new thread, and edits their post they can change these extra fields, the problem is, when someone replies to that thread, and they edit their REPLY, they can also see/change the extra input fields for the main thread.

i dont know why this happens, but i need to fix it, sod oes anyone know how to stop this from happening.

these extra fields should only be showing up for the original thread starter, and only when they edit their original thread.

Did you check that the firstpostid matches the postid that usually causes that kind of problem otherwise. ?
