Seperating tcats and theads under tcat

Hey!

Just wondering how I can make my forums look like this:

I could only find one hack that did this at vb.org. It had only one thead and it was above the first tcat. I want a new thead for each seperated category. If that makes sense

I got 3.6.4 and I dont know if there is a switch I can put on or something like the postbit vs posbit_legacy.
