Right SideBar Help please

I found this mod to make side bar for the forum to put advertisement etc.

I have Attached the both Product and template edit file in the attachments.

I think it was for a old version thats why its not working properly.
i need some help to get this working on vb 3.6. I want the bar to stay outside the forum layout.

It should be something like this :

It would really appreciate if someone help me with this.

this one is inside the vbulletin layout. i want it out of the template. because my theme is Fixed not fluid style. so if i use that colum it will make the thread places smaller. so i want it out of the layout.

ah, I understand now.. the hack u just linked to didn't work for ya ?
btw, I added a sidebar to a client site and they use this style,,

http://world-of-digital.com/forums/ are you sure it wont work ? why do u want to use a fixed style ?

dunno i'm kinda used to fixed style. ya i just checked it works fine on fluid but not working with fixed any idea how to fix this ?
