problems with instaling a shout box

i have instale a shoutbox on my forrum but now i have selete the sql fille and try to instal the shoutbox again but i keep holding this error so what can i do about it

Database error in vBulletin 3.0.0:

Invalid SQL: ALTER TABLE usergroup ADD shoutboxpermissions INT UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT '0' AFTER forumpermissions
mysql error: Duplicate column name 'shoutboxpermissions'

mysql error number: 1060

Duplicate column name 'shoutboxpermissions'

if your reinstalling the shotbox, best thing to do is delete the tables via phpmyadmin, delete the templates, and rerun the installer.
