Problem since last months time change

Hi, as you know last month the time went one hour forward. Since then my forum still seems to be running a hour behind. My current setting is set to London GMT time (+00.00). How do I go about making it a hour ahead without changing my London time setting?

This is a known issue in vB, I have this problem aswell.

The problem is that the vB time offsets are hard coded, and thus editing them might cause some trouble.

I'll look into this for you if you want.
