Default Problem installing

I once installed the new fxp pack and my whole vb forum crashed.
I know it was at my own risk but still..
Now I can't reinstall a vbforum, tried all kinds of vb versions.

Here is where I always get stuck:

Step 6) Importing Language
Importing vbulletin-language.xml

Then the browser "hangs" and doesn't do anything.
I don't know what's wrong, cus I've been installing vb's for about five years now,
and I never had that problem before :s
really need some advise here

thank you guys

Guess this has to do with your browser or host?

my host = http://www.herejezus.nl/
I have a database and I changed 'localhost' into 'db1.hjhosting.nl'

Standard there's a localhost on a socketforwarder or sth but it says to use this adress,
so I did. and I tried using localhost again, and the other, on and on..
All I get is this:
