problem after first vbb install ...

hey all,
a friend told me he installed vbb 3.5.4 on his own server, but after ultimate step he have a problem when he try to access the admincp:

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
it says file: n/a, line 0

someone have an idea please ?

Have you removed the install.php file in the /install directory?

Ask him to edit the admincp/index.php file and see if there's any blank lines from the top to the <?php
