OK. I think I have way to do what I need with a Private Forum Member Agreement.

Is there a way to structure a link that sets up (by addressing and adding a subject) a message to a specific user like a moderator?

It seems like this would be possible with parameters added to private.php, for example: private.php?do=

I just don't have the do= parameters. I know one of them is showpm but that's not the one that will do this.
