Question "This post is a duplicate of a post that you posted..."

I have 3.6 gold and have configured it with "quick reply" enabled on the forums. Whenever a post is entered into the "quick reply" box at the bottom of the page, and submits it, the following message shows up

"This post is a duplicate of a post that you have posted in the last five minutes. You will be redirected to that thread."

This error message only shows up in quick reply and not standard reply.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

thanks

it's a duplicate post of something you just posted. It could be that the script is running twice and erroring the second time because it's already made the post.

It's not a template it's a file and i don't know with out looking. Plus there is no point because it won't be the file it will be the plguins. Try disbabling the plugins and then posting.

I got that exact problem when updating...

Had to disable all my plugins and eventually ended up scraping my whole style and reloading a new one...

worked fine after that.
