please help with problem...

hi, i got the vbulletin installed today, after step 13, it says to delete install.php and i did that and the login screen came up and i entered my details and this came up:

Internal Server Error

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

and when i go to mysite.com(homepage) the same message comes up.

i have done everything the right way, does someone else get this ???? all the config and everything is right, that's the only problem that i have. please help , bye

well, try reinstalling , if not redownload vbulletin from vbulletin.com members area, and re upload

If there is a .htaccess file delete it. If there isn't one or if it doesn't work after you do that contact your host. I had this issue with a client on a godaddy server and they resolved it.
