Default New posts, More organized

Hoiw could I make the "New posts" on my site more organized?
you see, when you click "new posts", you get all the new posts BUT its all scattery. I want to be able to click new posts and have
Category "new posts for Forum A"
posts for forum a

Category "new posts for forum B"
posts from forum B

get what I mean? how could I do this? would it be simple or really complicated?

So your after, say:
--New Posts Link to a page with
----Forum 1 New Posts
List of New Posts
----Forum 2 New Posts
List of New Posts
------Sub-Forum 1 New Posts
List of New Posts
------Sub-Forum 2
List of New Posts
--------Child of Sub-Forum 1
List of New Posts
???

If somebody where to take this on, could you work on an Archive system too. It would be similar, see Archive

maybe combine them, cause I like this idea too.

Your request in theory shouldn't be to hard.. BUT it doesn't actually have it's own page it uses the search.php which makes it slightly more complicated. Unless you want someone to make a cusotm newposts.php - which would be a better option.

I don't want them to be pages, I just want it to pull off the new posts, just in seperate tables. I'll show you guys late, I'll make a pic of it and post it.

i know what you mean, but i mean make a new php file which has the functionality of find new posts. BUT it would be easier to code as an individual file

Search.php isn't set up to work that way. For what you want to do you'd have to write a brand new .php to handle search results.

My Unanswered Threads Per Usergroup will do something similar if you're the admin of the forum, but not on a per member basis. That's because conditionals can't be controlled by members without installing a ton of custom profiles ;)
