need help with reputation

Hello, I'm french, so excsue me for my poor english.

I have a problem with the system of reputation in BV 3.6.4.

I have modifiy in the admin panel, the number for each reputation, but it's dont works.
I have put the level for 10,25,50,100,200 ..... messages, and i have actually 150 messages, but my reputation is only at the second level.

What can i do (it's time to me to learn more english, sorry)

well ur post count doesnt affect ur reputation...

ok, then what affect the reputation, and how it's affect the display of "green square" under the pseudo.

those green squares are your pip's, what it does is once u hit lets say 10 posts, it will give u 2 boxes. theirs a setting in acp to set that up

Perhaps you have set up the 10,25,50,100,200 for the rank and not reputation.

ok, i understand my mistakes. I believe that the reputation was the "user title"

But, what is pip? i dont understand, and how can i set in the acp, please.
