Hi, I just added a new extremepixel skin I bought, And theres no navbar there, Can anyone help me or give me the code to add a navbar

PS: Please provide step by step information on how to add a navbar

All help is appreciated!

What's the skin name? Not all of their skins use the navbar. Have you asked them? You did pay for this skin didn't you?
