Navbar Dropdown menu trouble

Hey all,

I have been to two other support boards and they can't figure out what is wrong. For some reason, my custom dropdown navbar entitles 'apparate' isn't working.

Again, labeled HPIA. I have it set to the Arcade as a test, but I dont want it to link to the arcade, I want it to be a menu with other links in it. Should I post my code in here?

If someone can solves this, I would be very very very gratefull. Thank you
