MONKEY_MAN is on a distinguished road

Question MOVING a site and DATABASE

how do you go about moving a site to another domain and moving the database and file system.
Ive moved the files and exported, imported my database changed my config file.
but i get a database error has anyone had this and know how to fix it??

Unfortunately my mind reading device is currently offline, so I'm afraid you'll have to specify the database error you're getting

Have you CHMOD'd the files appropriately after uploading them to the new host?

the error im getting it:

Right click on the webpage when you see that error and then select view source. An editor like notepad should pop and then you should see some text that will be between: <!-- and --> Paste that text here.

but now im unable to login in to the admincp??
i get the login in screen but when i click login it loads but i go back to the login page??

do i need to add the new directories to my whitelist on the old forum and then recopy the database??
