Default mod/hack request system for vB
I am looking for a system for my vB forum for people to request mod/hack installs. but I don't want their personal info to show on the forum nor do i want it to fill up my PM box. Is there a way I can do this without having a huge security risk?

Make a new forum and alter the permissions for the usergroups, like vBSEO.com do for their hackers forum.
