logout issues

I get various members that have issues with the forum logging them out. Now, unfortunately I do not have exact info from them, but most are using either IE6, IE7 or FF2. I have never had this problem personally myself and I'm using FF2 with Vista. The rest are likely using XP if not Vista.

When they attempt to post, they get the usual guest message:

How can I trace this problem, specifically by members if possible (backend logs)? I'm using 3.6.5

Due to my custom theme, there is no "remember me" option (stupid move on the designers part). Can someone kindly provide the default code?

My header template is this:

You must first be a registered member to view any code.

Any help is appreciated.

if you have a site.com and a forum in site.com/forum you may be having cookie issues.. Have you set a custom cookie in vboptions ?

My forum is direct root as in talkjesus.com not talkjesus.com/forum

hmm, well you still might add your site as a cookie in vboptions, it would be like

.talkjesus.com

notice the dot (.) b4

Do you know the code to add the "remember me" option back in the login form? I already posted my entire header template

I had to remove .talkjesus from cookie settings (cookie domain section) because it would no longer allow me to log out, kept me logged in.
