Just installed the "Advanced NavBar" hack
and look what happend:
I edited the "navbar" template, like the creator said, and now my forums look like this:
In the English Language (vBulletin's Default Language):

Please help me, I want to use this hack...

please avoid using BIG bald letters & multi exclamation marks ("!!!") - people here will try their best to help you, but writing like this is literally shouting, and when you shout no one listen...

anyway, to the point & your problem - it seems like the template edit described by the author of this hack are not matching the hebrew templates sets you have in your translated copy of vbulletin.
also from quick looking @ the screenshots it seems the unicode/charset somehow got meesed or not matching charset that support hebrew chars.
another thing is i'm guessing the images paths doesn't match your path on your hosting, as i see no background picture shown @ all...

to sum this up, i would recommend you to just revert the changes you've made and re-check the mod you've applied, trying to locate the parts that conflicting with the hebrew version you have & fix them before using it.

p.s.
plz avoid using hebrew text on main forum, as it would just appear as pure gibrish to all others without proper fonts installed.

I have installed this mod but the user group permissions do not function as stated all else is working fine does anyone have any ideas on why the user groups will not function?
