Default javascript in navbar

How do I implement a javascript menu such as this one in the navbar template?

http://menu.gurtom.com/free/documentation

I followed the very basic simple instructions and it did not work, just appeared blank on my site. I know for sure the path was right as I dropped the 3 files in the forum root directory (being / and not /forum) and it still did not work as if the files did not exist).

Is javascript not possible in navbar? I cannot image so, but any help would be great.

I attached navbar template. I want the menu to appear on the right side of the tree directory shown on the left. Basically, that row in 2 columns, left being the shown tree directory of whatever current page a member is one, the right column where I would place the javascript menu (only about 300 - 400 pixels wide anyway)

my site: www.talkjesus.com
Attached Files
File Type: txt navbar.txt (16.6 KB, 2 views)

It is perfectly possible if you can do this in html then you can do it in vB

I edite dmy post at the same time you were responding.

Could you please hint as to what would cause it to not appear? If you can take my template and insert the code as you would if you wanted to use the menu, that would be great. I don't think I did anything wrong, but cannot find out why it was not picking up.

You should probably ask support with THEIR product on THEIR forums if it doesn't work. IT is nothing to do with vB. vB Is basically standard html will a few tweaks. Nothing that can stop it from running javascript though.
