anyone here know how to use Impex cause not got a clue how to do it.

Ive got my normal board which is running on vb3 gold and now ive put up a new board vb 3.5.4 and i need to move members and posts to the other board
Now the main problem is : i dont want the hacks from vb3. gold to come over as they basically obsolete but i also aint got a clue how to use impex ?

yep read that link - im looking for someone who has actually used Impex and grabbed all users and posts from one vb to another.

Sorry, I've never done that. All I've done is transfer PHPBB/IPB to vB.

simply follow the info they provide all is covered, did it once but have been a few months

can be closed this as suzzed it out and everything worked out fine.
Was easier than i actually througt.
