And I want to change the text dir. & alignment....
How do I do it?

dir = direction
I tried already...but not <div align> because I need direction too, I mean:
<p dir=rtl align=right> blah blah </p>

And, when I put HTML tags on the /install/install_language_en.php file, it shows my phrase error...

in the top tag <html dir="rtl" align="right">

I don't see why you are bothering. You can't give out the script to anyone else and seeing as you can read english...
