Angry Ie Help Needed Asap!

Hey guys, I usually dont have to post for help, but this one is irking me big time.

I just recently redid my forums: (hope you like, lol) TunerNetwork.com Forums - Powered by vBulletin

Now, in Firefox, which I personally use, everything appears to be working great.
Now in Internet Explorer, which I have heard from my members and now saw myself, all of the non-linked text is underlined. I attached a screen shot of this to this thread. Also, if you check out a thread, some of the icons are now red boxes on IE, ex: The Increase and decrease links for the size of the posting box are now messed up with other various links. I can't use my mouse to position the cursor anywhere in the text box. In the quick reply box also (Not sure about advanced mode), the check spelling and the increase and decrease size buttons I get a big red "X."

If you know how to fix this or know what's causing this, I need help ASAP cause it is killin my viewers
