Hi guys,i need change user_online.gif for user_online text ...

Example:

Original status (user_online.gif);
Chandy :

I need this (user_online text);
Chandy : Online

How i make this change in my skin plz ?

This modification is for default skin ;) !

You need to edit the postbit_onlinestatus template
Change the image code to the text you wish shown.
Or easy option change your default online image to an image of the text.

There's also the showgroup page and the member.php page...

So there is didnt think of those .Easiest option is to create a gif file with the text you want and upload and overwrite your default online/offline gif images.

To change the default online / offline images make your 2 new images and call them user_offline.gif and user_online.gif then ftp upload these to your images/statusicon/ folder.Allow overwrite if your ftp program asks and it will replace the default ones with your new ones. This will save a lot of template edits...
