The Language is in Albanian.

There has to be a line middel the forum Lajmerimet nga staffi and Oferta [free]. I think you are understanding me, and the posts when i post, it displays in the left side, look the pic. it has to display on the right side.

The picture added is of forumhome display ? (from main page) or of thread view ??
Also what's "Asnj" word you pointed arrow on picture ? user nick ?

What i could understand is you want something to be aligned right instead of left.
Problem is i dont understand what or where that's picture taken from, so i cant say what template you need to fix.
