Default I cant edit users :S

When I try to edit anything of any user in my forum I get this error

You must first be a registered member to view any code.
Any ideas?? I really need this.
Well I hope anyone can help me

Disable all the plugins and see if that helps.

before I upgraded my vbulletin version I had installed a warning system but when I upgraded the vb version I unistalled the warning system. I believe somthing of the old warning system left in my vB. I think I know whats the problem but I dont know how to solve it :S I dont have a lot of knowledge in MySQL. Well thnx u for replying, Ill wait for someone to get an answer to my problem.

I SOLVED IT! It was simple, i had to execute this SQL Query:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.

Well that would fix it but it's not a "proper" fix, it's just giving it what it wants rather than removing the left over code from an uninstalled hack...
