the files can be easily moved. The database can be another problem. Try to make a SQL copy of your database. In your database are all posts, threads, forums, & templates (sometimes even pictures).
Download the SQL copy of your database from that server and upload it to your new server (or try to FXP it). You should find a way to run SQL statements to place the SQL copy of your database on the new server.

If you hve no idea what I'm talking about in the above, you probably have no idea about SQL, let us know if you need more detailed information.

Remember, just by moving the files from the old server to the new one will not work.

There used to be a big post on vbulletin.com about this listing all the options and how to's try looking there first.
Importing a large database is a lot more difficult than just hitting submit and waiting unless you have telnet access and not many hosts give that. They do give back up and restore facility in cpanel though provided your dbase is not too big this may be an option.
vbulletin.com prolly has more information on your options here though. Unless you know what your doing there arent many easy options im afraid but there is plenty of information available if you look in the right places.
