Default How to get subforums to show correctly

Hi all,

I have gone to my vbulletin options and then [b]Forum Listings Display Options and changed the numbering as follows:

Depth of Forums - Forum Home = 2

Depth of Forums - Forum Display = 1

Depth of Sub-Forums = 1

My sub forums now appear on the main forum index, however they appear at the top of the screen. I have added an attachment so you can see what I mean.

I really hope someone can help me. It would be much appreciated.

Likewise if anyone else needs any help, I'm here to help as well.

Kind Regards,
novasi

This is most likely due to an error in your skin. Try running the default vB skin and see if it works. If that doesn't work either, post here ;). If it does work, you might want to contact the person who made your skin about this.

Hmm, so you no longer have the default vBulletin style installed?

If you don't you can reinstall it by importing the ./install/vbulletin-style.xml in your style manager. I'd suggest you try that and see if you get the same error, as that will confirm whether its a style or a php problem ;).

I believe it is a style problem, I had the worldwideview skin installed and then removed but some how it has took certain images, icons, and templates into my default style which I use now.

Any ideas on how to get my subforums in the correct area? I will try anything

Alright. Well, are those subforums the subforums of all forums or just of one specific forum?

Also, have you tried contacting the author of the style about this?

PHOTOS is a subforum of one forum

Buyers Guide to Cars all the way to Tutorials is part of another forum

and For Sale - Wanted is for another forum

so all together there is 3 parent forums which have subforums.

Does that help?
