How to get same member detabase into 2 different foruns?

For instance:
I Have http://forum1.mydomain.com running good with 70,000 Members.
I want to create http://forum2.mydomain.com and use the same member database, so members don't need to register again and could use the same password, etc.

Is it possible?

or else, if first option not possible, make a copy of forum1 member database, and insert it in forum2 member database.

Well option 2 is always possiable. Just export the user table. But if you wanted to run them simoltaniously, then I'm not sure, but if its under the same host, then you *should* be able to use the same running databse. Only problem is that it would be an exact copy, with forums and posts. So if you only want the user table I just suggest export and import the user table.
