I am assuming you mean terms and not therms, but its a phrase. Not sure on name, but copy the fist few words in their, and copy and paste In search for phrases, then it should popup.

I mean terms before registration. Text over "I have read, and agree to abide by the xxx forum rules."
Some like that:
You must first be a registered member to view any code.
and i want to change it
