dude we dont know what the hell you want to do as your not making it very clear, only saying multi topic moderation.

And moderation on vbulletin is the means by which a mod or admin authorizes a post so that it may be displayed to everyone else if it is accepted.... and this is only if "moderate posts/threads etc" is turned on, or enabled in certain forums.

In which case you select all the check boxes for the posts you wish to moderate.

auto reply would be something entirely different .... so what EXACTLY are you looking to do? and if you expect an actual answer dont say "i want to know how to moderate multiple topics" again.
